1. All young plants supplied will be growing in "Jiffy 7's" or similar. |
2. All orders must be for a minimum of 10 plants, which can be chosen from any sections. |
3. If ordering by post please send cheque or credit card details with order. |
4. Please Note. If cuttings are not ready on receipt of your order, these will be taken as soon as possible and dispatched when rooted (normally 4-6 weeks). If a variety is out of stock another plant of equal value will be substituted unless otherwise instructed. |
5. Please notify us if there are any dates you do not wish to receive the plants. We cannot be responsible for plants left with the Post Office. |
6. Postal Charges. All orders are sent by First Class Letter post at no extra charge. |
7. We will supply good quality plants and guarantee them for 30 days after which they are the purchaser's responsibility. In the unlikely event of a complaint please return the affected plants in the packaging you received them for a refund. |
8. Confirmation of order is sent automatically. |
9. Please quote order number in any correspondence. |
10. Please note your name and address will be kept on our database and used for marketing by us, please write to us if you wish to have your details removed. |
11. The consumer is committed to the purchase once the credit card details have been accepted on the order page however they have the right to cancel within 7 days from the date of delivery. |
12. The placing of an order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions by the purchaser. |
13. UK Law is the applicable law. |
